Issue

User would like to audit an account's action in Red Canary.

Resolution

You can download the logs from Red Canary by following these steps:

1. Log into http://go.my.redcanary.co.
2. Click your name at the top right.
3. Click Audit logs.
4. Filter for the user you want to audit, for example: user:johndoe@example.com.
5. Click the download icon to the right of the filter bar, and select Download CSV. A download link will be emailed to you.
