Refer to the static IPs listed under the Getting Help page in Red Canary Portal under the Outbound Communications from Red Canary to you section. These IPs should be allowed in any filtering you may have applied to API credentials used in Red Canary integrations or Automation.
Cause
Red Canary provides these addresses so organizations can ensure their network allows inbound traffic from internal systems.
