ARM Architecture Support for VMware Carbon Black Products

Issue

I have systems in my environment that use ARM processors. Does VMware Carbon Black support this architecture?

Environment

VMware Carbon Black Cloud (all SKUs)

VMware Carbon Black EDR

Resolution

Starting with 3.9.x ARM support is being added for the VMware Carbon Black Cloud sensor. New ARM64 sensor package for Windows is available in the Console. This new sensor package supports ARM based systems running Windows 11 OS versions.

The VMware Carbon Black EDR sensor does not have support for ARM at this time.
