Resolution

After setting up the static group in Jamf Pro, perform the following steps in Red Canary:

1. Navigate to the Integrations page in Red Canary.
2. Select the Streaming Jamf Integration:

3. Select Configure:

4. Under Edit Jamf External Service, you can select the available static group that will be used for isolation:
