Issue
I am attempting to login to my Red Canary, but whenever I try I am sent to a 500 Internal Server Error page (Dead Birdie page).

Resolution
This is likely happening because you do not have any permissions/roles assigned to your User Profile in Red Canary. You will need to ask your Red Canary Admin to assign the correct role(s) to your User Profile before you will be able to successfully login.
NOTE: Our internal team is aware of the issue. A fix for this issue will be incorporated into our future development roadmap.
Cause
This behavior is typically caused because the User Profile has no roles/permissions assigned to it.
