Issue
User is receiving an error when attempting to unzip a Forensic Package sent by Red Canary.

Collect Forensic Package Playbook Action
Resolution
If the native OS utility fails to extract the ZIP file, check for available system updates to the native archive application. Otherwise, reattempt the extraction using a trusted archive utility, like 7-Zip.
