SMS not sending to India

Issue

The user is not receiving the SMS messages to the phone numbers in India.

Environment

Red Canary 

Resolution

To work around the character limitations we suggest using email instead of SMS.

Cause

SMS limit to India is 160 character limit.  The SMS character limit in the US is 1600. https://www.twilio.com/guidelines/in/sms
