Issue
Microsoft made a change in the URL format used for Teams Webhook triggers:
Starting in August 2025, Power Automate flows with HTTP triggers or Teams Webhook triggers that have logic.azure.com in the URL will move to a new URL. You'll see the new URL in the HTTP URL field of the flow's trigger when you open the flow in the designer.
To ensure that existing flows using these triggers continue to work, complete the following actions by November 30, 2025. After this date, the old URLs will no longer work and flows will fail to trigger.

For customers using the Send Microsoft Teams Message playbook or trigger in the Red Canary platform, the URL will need to be updated in order to continue functioning properly after Nov 30, 2025.
Resolution
Here's how to update the Power Automate Teams trigger:
Navigate to Microsoft Power Automate
Select ‘My Flows’ on the left side and select the flow that’s tied to Red Canary
-
Select
Editin the top left to make a change to the flow
-
Once in the flow, you will be prompted with a “Click Here” banner. Click there to get the new URL. Otherwise, you may also just click on the actual trigger.
The new URL will need to be pasted into the Red Canary playbook or trigger. Copy the URL:
6. In Red Canary, go to the Playbook.
7. Click the Edit pencil icon next to the "Send Microsoft Teams Message" action
8. Update the URL, then click Save
What happens if the URL isn’t updated by Nov 30, 2025?
If customers don’t update the URL used in their Send Microsoft Teams Message Automate playbooks, the automation will fail to run properly, meaning customers could miss important notifications in regards to Threats being published.
