Add Exclusions to 3rd Party AV Solutions for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

Issue

We are running a 3rd party AV solution in our environment alongside Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and we need to know what file paths to exclude so our AV doesn't interfere with MDE.
