Sensors in Carbon Black EDR (Response) reappearing in the Carbon Black Console

Environment

Resolution

On the Sensors page, you can click the Sensor Display Settings feature to filter out sensors inactive after X day.

A new window will appear to change the value for Filter by Inactive Days.

Click Save and refresh the page for the changes to apply.  Once this filter has been applied to your account the filter will stay until modified again.

**Note: Only user with Global Admin privileges are able to make this change. This view is a global setting and will apply to all users.  

Cause

The feature that filtered out endpoints that had not checked in for 60 days was deprecated by VMware Carbon Black.
