Integrate Red Canary SSO with Carbon Black Cloud

This article covers how to set up the same SSO/SAML configuration that we use for Red Canary and Carbon Black Cloud. 

Getting Started

  1. Login to Red Canary and click your user icon in the top right then click Company Profile.

  2. Click VMware Carbon Black Cloud on the left-side menu list.

  3. Follow the instructions that are provided on the VMware Carbon Black Cloud External Services page.

NOTE: You will need to login to your Carbon Black Cloud console and click Settings. Then click Users and enable the SAML config setting. In order to enable the SAML/SSO setting, Multi -factor authentication (MFA) will need to be disabled.
