Issue
Would like to display the full name of the user that installed the Carbon Black Cloud sensor for easy identification for any sensor issues.
Environment
VMware Carbon Black Cloud (Enterprise EDR/Standard EDR).
Resolution
The user is provided by the operating system and will be displayed as reported by the OS. Therefore the information cannot be changed in the VMware Carbon Black console.
Cause
This is working as per design.
