Can both SSO/SAML and multi factor authentication (MFA) be enabled in the VMware Carbon Black Cloud console?

Resolution

SSO/SAML and MFA are mutually exclusive workflows within the Carbon Black Cloud console and cannot both be active at the same time. Since many SAML providers also offer MFA functionality, a recommended approach is to enable just SSO/SAML within Carbon Black Cloud and use MFA provided by your SAML service.
