Carbon Black Cloud sensor icon not showing in Windows system tray

Environment

Carbon Black Cloud, Windows

Resolution

A policy based setting controls when the Carbon Black Cloud sensor icon shows in the system tray. In Carbon Black Cloud, browse to Enforce --> Policies. On the Sensor tab within a policy, check the "Display sensor message in system tray" option. Note that this change may take up to 15 minutes to propagate to the endpoint associated with the policy.
