Carbon Black Cloud: Notification for Upcoming Deactivation of APIs

Issue

I received an in-product notification in the Carbon Black Cloud Console for "Upcoming Deactivation of APIs" on or around September 2024.

Resolution

Red Canary has undertaken work to update the integration with Carbon Black Cloud APIs in advance of the API deactivation schedule. No further action is required to maintain connectivity to Red Canary.

If using any custom Carbon Black Cloud API integrations other than Red Canary, any calls made to a deprecated API should be updated to use the corresponding replacement API. Details for revised calls are linked in this migration guide.

Cause

One or more API calls made prior to the in-product notification being published were using an API scheduled for deactivation.
