How do I enable "Observations" in the VMware Carbon Black Cloud console?

Issue

I was recently informed that VMware Carbon Black has released Carbon Black XDR, which is compatible with my VMware Carbon Black Cloud Enterprise EDR (EEDR) license. However, I am unable to see the "Observations" tab, which is part of this new offering, on the Investigate page in my console. How can my organization get this feature enabled?

VMware Carbon Black XDR is a newly released add-on that extends the capability of the current EEDR product. A separate purchase is required to activate this feature. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
